Yesterday was Ella's birthday!! Hard to believe that she is 6 already. Time seems to fly. It was an early start to the morning with Ella waking up at 5:30am because she was so excited (I bet she was tired at school!). She was very happy with her presents especially her Pink DS Lite and her gold ring (from me and my mum). I feel so lucky that we are able to make our girls happy and give them something that they have really wanted for their birthday.
After school you could barely get Ella off her DS but that was ok because she was just so happy with it....i am sure the novelty will wear off. We had a yummy dinner of Tacos with my Mum and Dad too.
I am glad that Ella liked the heart cake that i made her....baking is so not my thing and the cake was only about 2cm high hahahahahaha so next time i will have to put 2 cake mixes in i think???
It was a nice birthday though and the lucky duck will be having a party on Saturday at the tenpin bowling. Bowling with 15 little kids!!!!!!!! Wish me luck!
